Dancer Arrival Time:
- 8:45AM for 9:30AM show
- 12:00PM for 12:30PM show
- 3:00PM for 3:30PM show
**Dancers should arrive in full costume, hair and make-up ready to go 
***Dancers will check in at the check-in table by a parent and will not be released until the end of the show back to their parents. 

Ticket Sales: 
Available for purchase on Monday, May 6th on DNA Website @ 12PM via the button at the top (this button will not work until then)
- Tickets must be purchased online and are first come, first serve 
- Collective parents will limit themselves to 2 tickets for the 9:30AM and 12:30PM performances as we are trying to let the recreational classes get as many seats as possible.
- For all shows, no single purchaser will be able to purchase more than 6 tickets in a single order. 
- Any leftover tickets will be sold at the door 
- All seats this season are ASSIGNED 


Ticket Pricing: 
Pre-Sale General Admission: $18
Pre-Sale Premium Seating (first 3 rows, center 10 seats): $40 
General Admission at door: $20

Proof of Ticket Purchase: 
1. Ticket purchases are first come, first serve. There are no refunds on ticket purchases. Please be kind to our fellow dance families and do not purchase more than you will need for the show. 
2. All tickets are assigned seating. Children under 2 who will be on a lap do not require a ticket. 
3. Should your ticket require wheelchair access, please email dnadanceco@gmail.com with the name of your ticket holder and we will ensure wheelchair access for seating.
4. You must bring proof of purchase to the venue. A printed receipt or receipt on your phone is acceptable. The emailed receipt at time of purchase IS your ticket. 

Costumes:
Teachers and Miss Danielle will be distributing costumes in your child's class as soon as they arrive. Your child will be given specific hair style, shoes, make-up and (for some tights) that will need to be worn for the performance. This will be communicated to you by the teacher and via email. 

Parent Volunteers:
We are looking for 1-2 parent volunteers for each recreational class to help manage the class backstage and lead them to the stage. If you are interested in participating, the expectation is that you will stay backstage for the duration of the show. Please email DNA if you are interested. Each parent volunteer will receive 1 free ticket to the show of their choice.
